| For the fitness freaks out there.. Yesterday me and 14 others did a 24hr bike ride, and omg it absolutely destroyed us lol, mentally and physically, the hardest time was biking through the night. Ask me any questions about it if you want  But then i've got a week away with my mates in our own house that we've rented  so i'll be be back saturday, cya guys. | |

i mean come on NeoN dont overdue the 10 hours u guys really did !!1
i also bike when there isnt massive snow or ice here and it is impossible to bike for 24 hours straight because your body shuts down after so-and-so many hours.
if you wud have biked a 24 hour miracle , ur shit wud be dripping down your legs and u wud be pissing in ur pants without even knowing because your body wouldnt have any control over its system anymore.
but k , with those recon bikes now adays everything is possible
